Set up, insertion and review of results. 

1 hour review of your diabetes management, up-to-date education and information to improve health outcomes. A new blood glucose meter provided to you by the Educator with instructions on how to use it and when to test glucose levels.

Education to patients new to insulin or having a change of insulin. Providing practical education and handouts to read at home. Can assist with insulin adjustment via telephone or email with letters updating GP or Specialist who referred.
